Want to know why Curly's Beef Jerky should be your Jerky of choice?

What's the Difference? - Our Process of Making Jerky - Our Story - Our Nutrition

What's the Difference?

There is a difference when buying beef jerky. Our nations convenient stores are being flooded with a low grade jerky that's being gobbled up almost as fast as it's put on the shelf. Many of the "big boys" have gotten very good at manufacturing and selling huge quantities of jerky through their large distribution systems, but with this mass production comes the sacrifice of important qualities like natural flavor and texture resulting from slow smoking the finest, hand trimmed and seasoned beef.

Curly's Beef Jerky is different from our competitors because of the things we do:

We do take pride in our beef jerky and put a lot of care into it's production.

We do take the quality of our products and our customers satisfaction very seriously.

We do offer the best natural flavor and texture in our beef jerky because we use only the finest choice beef rounds, fresh from the farm.

We do slow smoke our jerky using real hickory wood smoke, unlike many of our competitors who use a liquid smoke additive to achieve their "smokey" flavor.

We do hand trim and season our choice cuts to ensure the proper texture and consistency of our beef jerky.

At Curly's, we produce products that we are proud to serve our own families. We believe our customers deserve to be confident that the foods they're serving their familes are safe, satisfying, and enjoyable. While we try to be price competitive, we will not sacrifice quality for a cheaper price. Value is the ratio of quality to price.

With Curly's Beef Jerky, value is the difference!
